Rocketing Up

From the cutoff, Daniel Negreanu made it 9,500. Taylor Caby then bumped it up to 26,500 from the button. Negreanu raised it 35,000 more and Caby moved all in. Negreanu snap-called with his tournament life on the line. He showed {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} to be well ahead of Caby's {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}.

The rail all leaned in closer to take a look and some players at the surrounding tables jumped out of their seats and made their way to Table 374 Red to see what the fuss was about.

The board rolled out {7-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and Negreanu's stack bloomed to 370,000 while Caby's wilted down to 48,000.
