Yockey Out, 18 Left

Bryce Yockey
Bryce Yockey

Patrick Hanoteau opened for 18,000 from the button, and Bryce Yockey repopped it to 60,000 from small blind. The big blind folded, Hanoteau reraised all in, and Yockey called with the last of his chips.

Yockey {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Hanoteau {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

The flop came {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts}, giving Yockey a set but Hanoteau the flush. The turn was the {6-Clubs} and the river the {Q-Diamonds}, and Yockey goes out in 19th place, the last to earn $9,842. Hanoteau chips up to 480,000.

The remaining 18 players are redrawing for new seats around the last two tables.

Jonathan Depa Eliminated in 17th Place ($12,296)

With about 30,000 in the pot and a board reading {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}, all of the money went in between Jonathan Depa and L.J. Klein.

Depa showed {3-Spades}{J-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for three sevens but Klein held {A-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Hearts}{2-Clubs} for a full house. Depa needed to pair one of his hole cards to avoid elimination, but it was not to be as the {5-Spades} came on the river.

Depa was eliminated in 17th place and will take home $12,296.

Andy Seth Eliminated in 16th Place ($12,296)

Andy Seth raised to 15,000 from middle position, then Joe Serock reraised to 60,000 from the button. The blinds folded, then Seth reraised all in for approximately 75,000 more. Serock made the call.

Seth {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Serock {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades}

The dealer delivered the five community cards: {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{8-Spades}. That spade on the end gave Serock a flush, and sends Seth to the rail in 16th place.

Serock now has 370,000.

Big Pot Between Big Stacks

Action folded around to Karl Gal who raised to 28,000. Patrick Hanoteau made the call from the small blind and the flop came {6-Spades}{J-Spades}{7-Diamonds}.

Both players checked and {3-Hearts} came on the turn. Hanoteau bet 54,000 and Gal made the call. The {5-Spades} on the river was checked by Hanoteau and this time Gal bet 50,000. Hanoteau called and showed {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{K-Hearts} for three jacks, which was good enough to beat Gal's {8-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}.

Gal is down to 275,000 while Hanoteau is up to 645,000.

Adam Junglen Eliminated in 15th Place ($15,517)

Adam Junglen, eliminated in 15th place
Adam Junglen, eliminated in 15th place

Patrick Hanoteau raised to 28,000 from the cutoff and was called by the button and the small blind. Adam Junglen then bet pot only to have Hanoteau move all in.

The other players got out of the way and Junglen committed the rest of his chips.

Junglen: {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Hanoteau: {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Junglen was in bad shape when the flop came {A-Spades}{4-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}. When the {9-Clubs} hit the turn Junglen was drawing dead. The {7-Diamonds} was run out on the river for good measure, but Junglen was eliminated from the tournament in 15th place ($15,517).
