Daniel Negreanu completed, and then called the raise from Theresa Viganola. Viganola bet out on fourth and called a raise from Negreanu. She bet out again on fifth street and this time Negreanu called all in.
Negreanu managed to river a nine for a 9-7-6-4-3 low, but Viganola had him crushed with 6-5-3-2-A.
A few people at the rail gave Negreanu what our reporter most evocatively described as a "golf clap" as he busted.
Mikko Pispala brought in and David Chiu and Arthur Cobb made the call. Chiu fired out on fourth and was called by just Cobb before a bet on fifth was enough to force Cobb to fold.
Now that we're down to 26 players, all of whom are faced with the very real possibility of making a final table and having a shot at the bracelet, play has considerably slowed down. Nevertheless, the limits are getting very big indeed and the short stacks are getting ever smaller, so in our professional opinion it won't be long before we see some good action.
The last of Fred Adriano's chips went in on sixth street, but he received nothing on seventh street that could help him. He busted in 25th place and Chris Bjorin's stack increased to 130,000 as a consequence.
With that, we're down to three tables. Redraw time!
