Alexander Dovzhenko Eliminated in 16th Place ($9,433)

The eliminations have been coming surprisingly quick for this stage of the tournament. On a flop of {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}{10-Hearts}, Barry Greenstein and Ben Lamb both checked. Alexander Dovzhenko, riding the short stack with just 38,000, moved all in. Greenstein folded but Lamb called with a draw, {a-Spades}{8-Spades}{j-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Dovzhenko had only a pair of sevens, {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts}, and was immediately out-turned when the {q-Hearts} came to fill Lamb's straight. The {4-Spades} was the nail in the coffin for Dovzhenko. He's out in 16th place.
