Flush Over Flush for Hamrick

Dean Hamrick opened to 275,000 from the button and Thomas O'Neal made the call to see a {Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{J-Clubs} flop fall.

Both players checked it through to see the {A-Diamonds} land on the turn and O'Neal check the action to Hamrick.

Hamrick deliberated for a few moments and cut out a bet of 350,000 only to have O'Neal check-raise to 1,000,000.

Hamrick slid in the necessary chips to make the call as the dealer burned and turned the {7-Clubs} on the river.

Both players checked and O'Neal tabled his {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, only to be outdone by Hamrick's {A-Hearts}{6-Clubs}.

Hamrick now is sitting with 7,920,000 as O'Neal slides down to 3,425,000 in chips.

Hamrick Extends Lead

Thomas O'Neal limped in from the button and Dean Hamrick checked his option.

The {5-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop was checked by both players to see the {A-Clubs} land on the turn and Hamrick fire out 150,000.

O'Neal made the call and when the river landed the {Q-Hearts}, both players checked it through.

O'Neal tabled his {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, but it would be Hamrick's {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} that would collect the pot and see him extend his lead.

Ian Wiley Eliminated in 3rd Place ($265,869)

Ian Wiley - 3rd place
Ian Wiley - 3rd place

Dean Hamrick opened to 260,000 only to have Ian Wiley move all in for 1,830,000.

Hamrick sat in the tank for over two minutes before making the call.

Wiley: {J-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Hamrick: {A-Spades}{3-Clubs}

The flop fell down {J-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{7-Clubs} to put Wiley in front and Hamrick in shape for yet another bad beat.

The turn of the {2-Diamonds} changed little, but it would be the {A-Diamonds} on the river sending Wiley to the rail in 3rd place for a $265,869 payday.

The river however quieted them up however when the {k-Diamonds} fell. The expressions of Hamrick's rail was of disbelief.
