Petrov Takes a Hit

When we arrived at the table, the board spread out {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and there were about 12,000 chips in the pot.

In the small blind, Aurelien Guiglini check-called a 7,000-chip bet from the player in the big blind, Mikhail Petrov.

The river card was a {3-Clubs} and the French player fired a 10,600-chip bet. Petrov tanked and eventually folded.

Guiglini is now up to 35,000 chips and Petrov slipped to 58,000.
