Morris Dances Out of the Tournament

Ryan Morris was down to just 1,200 when he pushed all in from the hijack, and after receiving no less than three callers, his future was looking very bleak indeed.

On the {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop, the remaining players battled it out for a side pot, Diogo Borges check-raising all in from the button to the cut-off's lead of 4,000 to leave himself heads-up with Morris.

Although Morris would have expected a backdoor straight draw with {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, even that ray of hope was shunned as Borges tabled {J-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a flopped house. Two blanks later and Morris was gone.
