Benny Spindler Eliminated in 19th Place ($15,566)

Benny Spindler - 19th Place
Benny Spindler - 19th Place

Mark Eddleman limped from the cutoff, and on the button, Benny Spindler potted to 54,000. It folded back to Eddleman, who asked how much Spindler had behind. He had about 40,000 left, but Eddleman decided to flat call. The cooler flop fell {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, and Eddleman snap shoved. Spindler called just as fast. "Flush," said Eddleman, and Spindler threw his cards down in disgust.

Spindler: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} for middle set
Eddleman: {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts} for a flopped flush

Spindler needed the board to pair to stay alive, but the {3-Clubs} turn and {7-Clubs} river were entirely unhelpful. Spindler left disappointedly in 19th place, and Eddleman stacked up 310,000.

They're down to 18 now and redrawing to two tables.
