Tate vs. Schneider

Brian Tate raised only to have Michael Schneider reraise. Action folded back to Tate who made the call.

It went check, bet, call on the {9-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop and {8-Hearts} turn. When the {2-Hearts} hit the river, it was Tate who bet out. Schneider reluctantly made the call only to see Schneider had made a flush with {K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. Schneider is down to 630,000 while Tate is up to around 800,000.

McGowan Best the Whole Way

In a battle of the blinds, Mike Schneider raised pre-flop and was called by big blind Joseph McGowan. Schneider continued on a flop of {q-Spades}{9-Spades}{k-Hearts}, then shut it down after McGowan called. Both players checked the turn {2-Diamonds} and river {5-Diamonds}. Schneider had total air, {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. He lost the pot to McGowan's pair of nines, {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}.
