There is a loud, disruptive (And clearly intoxicated) player in Seat 2 over at Table 278. Throughout the tournament he has shouted and caused a lot of commotion, which has garnered the attention of the tournament staff.

He has received several penalties and his latest just landed him one that sent him to the rail for two rounds. If he keeps it up, which we expect he will, he may find himself out of the tournament even though he currently has around 11,000 in chips.
