Tollefson Takes a Bunch Off Dorrance-Bowman

As that elimination was occurring over on Table 267, a big hand was developing on Table 262 between Henrik Tollefson and Dustin Dorrance-Bowman. Indeed, it appeared we might have reached our final nine before ever reseating at a single ten-handed table!

The hand began with Johnny Kitchens opening for 85,000, then Dorrance-Bowman called from the cutoff. It folded to Tollefson who announced he was all in for approximately 820,000 total. Kitchens got out, and Dorrance-Bowman took about five minutes to make his decision while players from the other table, waiting to move over, looked on.

Finally Dorrance-Bowman called, showing {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}. Tollefson showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. The board came {4-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, and Tollefson scores a huge more-than-double-up as we move to the single ten-handed table.
