board, and her opponent called all in for just over 5,000. She held 
for an open-ender, and the other player had 
for two pair with a higher straight draw. Neither had revealed their hand yet when the dealer laid the 
on the river. "Tens full," her opponent said quickly. Annette cashed in the second of her three rebuy chips, and on to the next hand.
