Devilfish Curses, Doubles Up Harmetz

David "Devilfish" Ulliot raised to 20,000 from the button, and Daniel Harmetz reraised from the small blind. When Chau Giang folded his big, Uliott said, "You're out? Then I'm all in." Harmetz committed the rest of his own chips, and the cards were turned up with him at risk:

Ulliott: {A-Clubs} {A-Hearts} {4-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds}
Harmetz: {A-Spades} {K-Spades} {Q-Hearts} {J-Spades}

There was a jack in the door, and Devilfish said, "No. F***!" as the flop rolled out {10-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {J-Hearts}. The turn {Q-Diamonds} was a disaster as it gave Harmetz the unbeatable Broadway straight and cued a string of carefully crafted expletives from Devilfish. The river {6-Hearts} was a mere formality, and Harmetz was awarded an extra 146,000 chips to bolster his stack. He's got double that now, while Devilfish sinks back under 100,000.
