Mattila Doubles

Daniel Alaei raised to 90,000 to open the pot, and Miguel Proulx called in the next seat over. When it came to the big blind, Ville Mattila announced, "Pot." That folded Alaei, but Proulx reraised enough to get Mattila all in for 530,000 total. Cards up, gents:

Proulx: {A-Spades} {K-Spades} {K-Hearts} {6-Hearts}
Mattila: {A-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {10-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}

Mattila was in bad shape, but the news would soon improve. The flop came down {3-Hearts} {9-Spades} {10-Clubs} to give him a handy two pair and put him in a good spot to double. The turn {A-Clubs} left Proulx drawing dead to two outs, and the river {8-Clubs} locked up the pot and the double up for Mattila.

He's back to about 1.2 million now, while Proulx slides to 2.475 million.
