Form the button, Matt Smith raised before Hoyt Corkins reraised from the small blind. Smith made the call. Both players then took two cards on the first draw. After the draw, Corkins check-called a bet from Smith.

On the next drawing round, Corkins took two and Smith took one. Corkins checked before looking at his new cards. Smith bet and then Corkins looked at his cards before making the call.

On the final draw, both players drew one card. Corkins checked and Smith checked. Corkins announced a jack and Smith nodded his head. Corkins spread the {J-}{10-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and increased to 70,300. Smith dropped to 43,500 chips.

Alexander Wice raised from middle position, Sorel Mizzi reraised from the cutoff and David Singer made it four bets from the button. Both Wice and Mizzi called. Wice then drew one, Mizzi drew one and Singer drew two. After the draw, Wice checked, Mizzi bet, Singer called and Wice called.

On the second draw, Wice drew one, MIzzi stood pat and Singer drew two. Wice checked post-draw and Mizzi bet. Singer called and Wice called.

For the final draw, Wice took one more card, Mizzi stood pat and Singer drew one. Then, all three players checked. Both Wice and Singer mucked when they saw Mizzi's {8-}{7-}{6-}{5-}{3-}. Winning the hand put Mizzi at 60,000 while Singer dropped to 15,400 and Wice dropped to 4,200.

Finne Doubles; Tom Busts

Phillip Tom raised from middle position and then Tim Finne reraised from the small blind. Tom called. Finne drew two and Tom drew one. After the draw, Finne bet and Tom raised. Finne called and was all in.

Finne stood pat on the second draw and Tom drew two. On the third draw, Finne stood pat again and Tom drew two more. Finne held an {8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and was able to win the hand with Tom mucking. He's now up to 11,000. Tom was left with just 200 chips and was eliminated on the very next hand.
