Hellmuth Makes Huge Shove Just to Chop

Adam Geyer raised to 31,000 under the gun and Hellmuth moved all in for 480,000. Kevin Howe, who didn't have nearly that much, made the call and Geyer folded.

Hellmuth showed {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} and Howe {A-Spades} {K-Spades} . The board didn't flush and the two chopped the pot.

Sam Dickson was eliminated holding the {Q-Spades} {J-Spades} by Andrew Cohen, who held {K-Spades} {J-Hearts} . The board was {J-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} . The pot brought Cohen up to 1.12 million.

Erich Kollmann raised to 39,000 only to have Kevin Howe push for a total of 107,000. Kollman made the call and showed {A-Clubs} {K-Clubs} and was far ahead Howe's {A-Spades} {Q-Hearts} .

The flop looked innocent enough when it came {3-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} , but the {Q-Spades} on the turn changed everything. Howe avoided disaster on the river when it came the {9-Clubs} and doubled to 228,000. Kollmann is down to 150,000.

Steinberg Hits the River

On a board of {2-Spades} {4-Clubs} {5-Clubs} Keith Lehr bet 35,000 and had Max Steinberg raise all in for 193,000. Lehr called and revealed {6-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} and was ahead of Steinberg's {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs} .

The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and Steinberg was one card away from elimination. The river was the {Q-Diamonds} giving Steinberg the 460,000 pot and dropping Lehr to 200,000.
