The turn and river brick-bricked with the and , and Chidwick has been eliminated. Oxenberg is quite healthy with about 45,000 after that knockout.
Lee Watkinson just ran his into an opponent's preflop, and things did not go well for him. The board rolled out , and he didn't have enough chips to survive that hit; Watkinson's been eliminated.
A player in late position opened with a mini-raise to 1,600, and Joshua Gibson called from the small blind. They took a heads-up flop of , and Gibson check-called a bet of 1,800. The landed on fourth street and drew checks from both players, and the filled out the board on the river, and Gibson checked again. His opponent fired out another bet, 2,600, and Gibson made a reluctant call with pocket queens. The other player turned over , dragging the pot and knocking Gibson down a peg to 47,000.
We picked up the action on a flop of in a heads-up pot. Jason Potter put out a bet of 2,300, and Eric Haddad quickly put in the call.
The turn brought the , and Potter decided to check. Haddad took the opportunity to make a small bet of 1,800, and Potter went into the tank. He asked Haddad how much he had left (about 8,000) and sunk in his chair muttering, "Hate my life right now..." After some time, he moved all in, and Haddad called.

Haddad was in front with his set, and he would stay that way as the river improved him to the winning full house. He's doubled up, dropping Potter down to 38,000.
When we arrived at the table Marco Johnson was all in with his pocket kings. His opponent had and the board of gave Marco a full double up. He's now up to 30,000 chips.
Scott Haraden has been sitting with Humberto Brenes for the majority of the day, and there is a little bit of history between the two men at this WSOP already. Brenes ended Haraden's day in Event #5 earlier this week, setting up another confrontation today. A couple hours ago, well before the dinner break, Haraden told Brenes he was coming for his stack. Cue the dramatic foreshadowing.
