Bil Smith has folded his first three hands of the day, and he's got 900 of his starting chips left. With no antes in play, he can theoretically fold all the way around until the big blind hits him again, and that appears to be what he intends to do.
We're on Hand #4 of the day and still two eliminations from the money.
