Queens Treat Varkonyi Right

Sometimes the chips are destined to wind up in the pot from the word "go". A series of pre-flop raises -- four in total -- ended with former champion Robert Varkonyi all in pre-flop. He tabled two queens, {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}, a hand racing against the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} of Varkonyi's opponent. It's never easy in hold'em, so despite flopping top set, {3-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Varkonyi still had to sweat the river after the turn {9-Hearts} put two hearts on board. No need to panic this time around, though. The river {3-Clubs} gave Varkonyi a full house and the pot. He's up to 72,000.
