Bryan Micon eliminated
Bryan Micon eliminated

From under the gun, Bryan Micon raised to 2,500. The cutoff seat flatted before the flop came down {Q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}. Micon fired a continuation bet of 3,700. His opponent raised to 10,200. After a minute in the tank, Micon moved all in for about 40,000. His opponent said, "I'll gamble with you," and called.

Micon tabled the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} for a set of nines. His opponent was far from dead with the {8-Spades}{7-Spades} for straight and flush draws.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and gave Micon's opponent a straight to the nine. Micon was at-risk in the hand and would need the board to pair on the river in order to stay alive.

The river card was the {8-Hearts} though and not the board pair that Micon needed to stick around here in the 2010 WSOP Main Event. Micon hit the rail and will have to wait until next year for more WSOP action.
