Johnny World Makes Bottom Pair Work

John Hennigan raised to 3,500 pre-flop from late position and was called by Robert Mizrachi on the button. When the flop came all baby cards, {3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Hennigan made a continuation bet of 4,500. Mizrachi called, then tried a bet of 7,300 after Hennigan checked the {8-Hearts} turn. Hennigan was undeterred and called to the {j-Diamonds} river, which both players checked. Hennigan turned over {2-Hearts}{5-Spades} for a pair of deuces. That was the winner, allowing Hennigan to climb to 70,000 in chips.
