Semi-Snap Folded

Adam Junglen earlier in the Series
Adam Junglen earlier in the Series

Adam Junglen might be one to look out for today - a young kid oozing with confidence and talent in equal measure. In fact, he'll be even higher in spirits now after taking down a pot and increasing his stack to 195,000.

The board read {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts}, and after the big blind checked, Junglen bet 4,000 into a pot 7,000. His opponent repopped it to 8,000. "How much behind?" probed Junglen. "Seventeen," came the response. Junglen made the call.

After both players had checked the {7-Clubs} turn, Junglen opted to put his opponent all in on the {9-Clubs} river. After a couple of seconds, his opponent "semi-snap folded" - as our field reporter put it - and Junglen picked up the pot.
