Big River, But Thorson Loses Minimum

William Thorson made it 110,000 to play from under the gun and Gabe Costner made the call in the small blind.

The flop fell {5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and both players checked to see the {J-Hearts} hit the turn. Costner led out for 150,000 and Thorson made the call. The river was the {K-Clubs} and Costner bet out again for 475,000 and Thorson tossed out calling chips.

Costner opened {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for a running Broadway straight and the nuts to win the pot as Thorson reluctantly flashed {K-}{J-} and mucked.

Thorson falls to 5.84 million with Costner up to 6.9 million.
