Williamson Keeps it Going

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

After being down to a single black chip and getting up to 600, Robert Williamson III was all in yet again under the gun. Cliff Josephy called from the small blind and Amit Makhija raised it to 2,100 from the big blind. Josephy made it 3,000 more and Makhija folded. RW3 showed {K-Clubs}{10-Spades} while Josephy held {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}. The flop was a great one for Williamson as it rolled out {K-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. The {5-Diamonds} turn and {10-Diamonds} were safe and Williamson was now up to 2,100.

The very next hand, the cutoff called and Williamson moved all in from the big blind. The cutoff made the call with {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts} but wasn’t in great shaped against the {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} of Williamson. The board rolled out a safe {Q-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Williamson was now up to 6,000.
