Not All is Lost for Wice

Level 3 : 75/150, 0 ante

After being crippled, we found Alex Wice all in on a {7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. Fortunately he paired up with {K-Clubs}{7-Spades} and was looking good against his opponent’s {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}. The {2-Clubs} turn and {3-Diamonds} river bricked out and Wice doubled up.

The very next hand, the player under the gun raised and Wice three-bet as the next to act. The player made the call as they saw the devilish {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop and UTG checked. He called Wice’s bet and checked again when the {A-Clubs} hit the turn. This time however, he folded to another bet and Wice had chipped up to 3,200.
