Welcome to Day 2

Eli Elezra (Event #9)

Welcome back for Day 2 of Event #17: $1,500 H.O.R.S.E.. With 185 players remaining from the whopping field of 963 players, today is going to be another great day on the felt. The money line is set at 96 and that will surely be reached today. The man with the best chance to make the money — at least chips wise — is Eli Elezra. He leads the field with 92,100 in chips.

There's plenty of other big names remaining in the field, including Victor Ramdin, Lyle Berman, Patt Pezzin, John D'Agostino, David Chiu and Bryan Micon. We'll be sure to keep you updated to their progress throughout the day as well as everyone else that we can.

The plan for the day will be to play down to a final table is reached or through an entire ten levels. We're going to go out on a limb here and say that it will be the latter that causes play to stop for the day, but you never know. Play is set to kick off shortly at 2:30 PM PT, so stay tuned for all of the action straight from the floor!

Be sure to check out the June 11th update as well from our very own Nicki Pickering.
