Baker Busts Schlein with Quad Queens

Level 21

Stud:

Josh Schlein found himself all in on third street against David Baker.

Schlein: (X)(X) - {5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} - (X)
Baker: (X)(X) - {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{8-Clubs} - (X)

After committing the rest of his chips with the {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts} in the hole, Schlein watched as his board improved to a straight, but saw Baker was dealt consecutive queens on third, fourth, and fifth streets. Baker now needed only to pair one of his down cards to make a full house.

Unfortunately for Schlein, Baker did better than that with his {Q-Clubs}{7-Spades}(X) hole cards, making an unbeatable hand of quad queens. Schlein was eliminated in 15th place, while Baker built his stack to just under 500,000 in chips.
