Tim West opened the action with a raise to 38,000 in middle position. Diana Allen made the call in the hijack and Jason Somerville came along from the button. While the big blind was thinking and asking the dealer a question, a slight altercation occured between him and Allen about the amount of the raise. The argument moved to the way she was wearing her sunglasses and eventually, the player in the big blind decided to fold,

Allen composed herself and saw the {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop three ways. West checked, as did Allen and Somerville bet 55,000. West check-raised all in and Allen asked for a count. After both West and the dealer counted out about 550,000, Allen announced that she was all in and Somerville got out of the way.

Allen had flopped a set with {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} both was not in the clear yet. The {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} of West was still very much alive. The turn was the {2-Hearts}. Allen asked for a black card on the river and she got it. The {9-Clubs} gave West a meaningless two pair and he finishes the tournament in 15th place.

With that pot, Allen now has 1.6 Million of the 9.5 Million chips in play with 14 players remaining.
