Rafe's Reraise Pushes Payan Off His Hand

Rafe Kibrit raised to 52,000 on his button and Elie Payan made the call from the small blind. The dealer flopped 
and Payan checked it, prompting a bet of 86,000 by Kibrit.
Payan came along and the turn card fell
