Kirk Caldwell opened to 75,000 from early position, Philip Lowery moved all in for 460,000, and the action folded back to Caldwell who sat back in his chair, placed his hands on his head, and announced call, flipping over two black eights.
Lowery tabled .
The flop came down .
"Running clubs," Lowery asked the dealer.
The turn was indeed a club - the - and Lowery was one card away from actually going runner-runner. He could of course hit an ace or a jack as well.
The river was black, but the wasn't enough, and Lowery was eliminated from the tournament.
