David Williams Has Had An Up-And-Down Day 1
David Williams Has Had An Up-And-Down Day 1

A player in the hijack raised to 350 and David Williams called holding the button. The flop fell {8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{7-Spades} and the opponent continued with a bet of 550, which Williams called.

After a {3-Diamonds} came on the turn both players tapped the table, and then did the same when the {8-Diamonds} arrived on the river. The other player revealed {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Williams mucked his hand. This loss dropped Williams to 6,500 but as we passed by his table just a few minutes later, Williams had replenished his stack and he now has 9,600 chips to work with.
