Contemplating the Situation

Chris Moorman
Chris Moorman

Soft-spoken Chris Moorman was in early position and opened for 6,500. His bet cleared the field all the way to Sam Stein in the cutoff before being met with a 17,200 reraise. The button and blinds got out of the way, leaving Moorman to make the call.

Both players then checked the {4-Spades}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop, which was followed by the {6-Spades} turn. At this point, Moorman bet 19,500, Stein raised to 40,500, and Moorman hit the tank. He spent a solid three minutes contemplating the situation, and we're not talking about Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, before finally releasing his hand.
