Binger Slips

We caught up with the action on a {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop, where Michael Binger was in a three-way pot. Binger checked from early position, as did his two opponents directly behind him.

The turn brought a {A-Diamonds} and Binger fired out 5,000. His first opponent folded, however, the second opted to call.

The river came the {4-Clubs} - completing a possible flush draw. Binger slowed down and checked, however, his opponent cut out a bet to 10,000 and slid it into the middle. Binger fell into the tank and pondered for about two minutes. He eventually let his hand go and conceded the pot.

Binger is down to 42,000.

Wanna Bet on the UFC?

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 0 ante

Tony Cousineau and Terrence Chan are seated at the same table together and Cousineau's shirt drew some questions from Chan. Cousineau is sporting a "Fight for the Troops" shirt from the UFC that he received as a gift from his charitable donation.

Chan has been training in mixed martial arts for a couple years and made his professional debut in March of this year.

The are talking about recent fights, bets they made and future bets they're considering. If you're the betting type and like the UFC then try to eavesdrop on Table 430.

Boeken Backs Down

A player in middle position opened to 3,300 and found one caller in Noah Boeken from the small blind.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and Boeken checked, prompting a 4,500 c-bet from his opponent. Boeken flatted to see a turn, which came the {4-Hearts}. Boeken checked again and, undeterred, his opponent fired 8,000 into the middle. Boeken thought it over, but decided to give it up.

Boeken, who holds an EPT title and has more than 1.2 million in live-tournament cashes, is down to 38,000.
