Bonomo Doubles Through Vrabel

Justin Bonomo
Justin Bonomo

Justin Bonomo just secured a much-needed double through Luke Vrabel.

Jonathan Tamayo opened the action with a raise to 1,600 from under the gun. Vrabel three-bet to 2,400 on the button, and Bonomo quickly put in a four-bet to 3,200 from the small blind. Action folded back to Tamayo, who looked pained as he tossed his cards into the muck, and Vrabel called.

With just 1,000 left in his stack, Bonomo lined up a blind bet before the dealer rolled out the {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop. Vrabel called, and Bonomo tossed his last 200 in the pot blind before the {8-Diamonds} landed on the turn. Vrabel called and tabled his {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}, but Bonomo was out in front with {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}. The meaningless {4-Diamonds} fell on the river, and Bonomo increased his stack to around 11,000. Vrabel was left with just 2,400
