Israel Crushing

On a {5-Spades}{K-Spades}{8-Clubs} flop, Roland Israel checked and the player under the gun checked as well. A middle position player bet and Israel called. The under the gun player put out a raise which was called by both players.

The turn brought the {3-Spades} and Israel led out with a bet. His under the gun opponent called and the middle position player got out of the way.

The board completed with a {10-Hearts} and Israel bet out. His opponent raised and Israel waited about thirty seconds before three-betting. His opponent called but mucked his hand when Israel turned up {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} for the nuts.

Queen Continuing To Chip Up

We caught up to find Alex Queen heads up in a pot with the flop reading {5-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. Queen checked to his opponent who bet. Queen, however, opted to toss out a raise and his opponent called.

Fourth street was the {A-Hearts} and Queen continued out with another bet. His opponent mucked his hand and Queen was able to grab the pot.

Queen Bust Racener

John Racener got the rest of his short stack in against Alex Queen and another player on the flop, which read {3-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. Both players checked the {8-Diamonds} on the turn, and the river came the {10-Hearts}. Queen bet, and his opponent folded. Racener was already getting his things ready when Queen showed the {j-Spades}{10-Spades} for trip tens. He mucked his hand, and headed to the payout desk. On the other hand, Alex Queen is now one of the chip leaders at over 100,000.

Ask and You Shall Recieve

Action folded all the way to a short stack in the small blind, and he limped in, leaving himself just 1,600 left. Humberto Brenes was in the big blind, and he started thinking about his decision, when his opponent said, "I would love to be busted by you." Brenes said "ok I raise!" and his opponent called the rest of his chips off.

Opponent: {10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Brenes: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Brenes asked the dealer for an ace, and the dealer obliged, as the flop came {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{k-Clubs}. The {2-Clubs} on the turn locked up the hand for Brenes, and the meaningless river was the {9-Spades}. After the hand, Brenes is up to 48,000.

Haxton Hacks Them Up

Isaac Haxton was in the big blind when an early position raised it up. He went with a call and the dealer would spread three cards along the felt.

Flop: {8-Clubs}{q-Spades}{7-Spades}

On the flop, Haxton checked and then raised when his opponent flicked a bet onto the felt. The {j-Spades} came on the turn and this time Haxton led. His opponent called and the {6-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

Again Haxton bet and his opponent called. Haxton turned over {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and his opponent said, "nice call."

With the cards in the muck, Haxton stacked up his new chips.
