When we reached the table on fourth street, Arntzen led out, and only Brunson called. Both players checked on fifth, and Arntzen led out on sixth and seventh. Brunson called both bets.
All three players checked fourth street and Alexander Krapivinsky led out on fifth. Bryn Kenney folded and Adam Friedman tagged along. Friedman took over the betting on sixth and both checked seventh. Friedman tabled a pair of sevens with no low and Krapivinsky announced that it was good as he mucked his cards.
The next hand Krapivinsky got the rest of his chips in with against Friedman's . Krapivinsky failed to improve once again and he was sent packing in 11th.
Ivey brought it in with the , Monnette completed with the , and Ivey called. Monnette led out on fourth, and Ivey called. Ivey paired on fifth, but he opted to only check-call bets on fifth and sixth. On seventh however, Ivey led out. Monnette tanked for quite some time, and eventually mucked.
Zimnan Ziyard bet the rest of Christopher George's chips all in on fifth street and George called. George held up but failed to make his hand into either a high or a low and was sent to the rail in 12th place, collecting $17,187 in tournament winnings.
After winning a pot, Phil Ivey was three-handed with Adam Friedman and John Monnette on fourth street. The action checked to Monnette who bet, and both Friedman and Ivey called. Monnette paired on fifth, and led out. Only Ivey called.
On sixth, Monnette led out again, and Ivey called. Monnette fired one more bet on seventh street, and Ivey was none too happy. He cut out enough pink T5,000 chips to make the call, then slammed them back onto his stack. He did this again, and then finally tossed them forwards.
Monnette turned over for a straight and an eighty-seven low, and Ivey mucked.
Nicholas Verkaik got it all in on fourth street against both Adam Friedman and Phil Ivey. Friedman picked up with aggression, betting on both sixth and seventh and Ivey called both bets. Both Ivey and Friedman chopped the high with a flush while Friedman took the low with a sixty-five.
Verkaik, on the other hand, made a seventy-six low but was it was not enough to stay alive in the tournament. He will collect $14,009 for his efforts.
