Recent Eliminations

We recently lost the following players, including former November Niner John Dolan.

Nguyen Knocks One Out

A player in late position moved all in for around 90,000 and Kennii Nguyen moved all in from the button. Nguyen's flipped over {J-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} while his disheartened opponent flipped over {A-Spades}{3-Spades}. A {6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{9-Spades} board was released and Nguyen ended up with the best of it and was awarded the substantial pot.

Wasserson Wins Three-Way All-In Confrontation

From early position, Seth Pfaltzgraff raised all in for 98,000. Action folded over to Jeffrey Mahoney in the hijack seat and he reraised all in for approximately 175,000. In the cutoff seat, Eric Wasserson reraised all in over the top of both of them. Everyone folded and it was a three-way all-in pot up for grabs.

Pfaltzgraff: {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}
Mahoney: {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}
Wasserson: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}

The board ran out {Q-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and Wasserson won the pot to eliminate both players and move to over 650,000 in chips.

All Hands on Deck

Josh Hillock instigated the action during a recent hand by making it 33,000. Hillock had actually meant to go all in, but miscounted his chips and announced 33,000 when he actually held 38,0000. A player in middle position made the call, as did Jean-Paul Delay, a fourth player, Seth Pfaltzgraff in the small blind moved all in for about 185,000. Paul Siem in the big blind then peaked at his cards and moved all in himself for about 125,000. We were then back to Hillock who threw in his last 5,000. The middle position player who flatted then folded, as did Delay. The three players remaining then flipped over their cards.

Hillock: {7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Siem: {A-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
Pfaltzgraff: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

A {j-Spades}{9-Clubs}{A-Spades} flop was then outed and Siem managed to grab ahold of top set, while Hillock scored a flush draw. The {k-Spades} on the turn secured the flush for Hillock, but it also gave Pfatzgraff a stronger flush draw. Siem was going to need the board to pair or the last ace to hit, if he wanted to scoop the whole pot. Luckily for Hillock a {7-Hearts} landed on the river and he was allowed to double up to 190,000. Siem scooped up the side pot and hovers around 200,000 himself.
