Ivey Scoops Matusow, Increases Lead
In a blind battle on a

flop we just caught the action between Phil Ivey and Mike Matusow. Ivey checked to his opponent who bet 6,000 after which he put in a raise to 12,000. Matusow quickly made it 18,000 and Ivey called.
The turn was the
and Ivey check-called a 12,000 chip bet. On the river the
hit and Ivey lead out for 12,000. Matusow didn't seem to happy but put in the call.
Ivey tabled

for the nut flush and a A2346 low and Matusow looked back at his cards in disgust. He mucked his

open into the muck but we couldn't catch the suits as the dealer mucked them quickly.
Ivey is the first player over 500,000 chips while Matusow drop to 220,000.
