Good Call by Dutch Boyd

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Jaspal Brar raised to 7,500 on the button and Dutch Boyd called in the big blind. The action checked through to the turn on a board of {J-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {9-Hearts}. It was Brar who started the betting off when he made it 9,000 on the turn and Boyd took his time before calling. The final card was the {4-Clubs} and once more it was Boyd trying to get to showdown and Brar trying his best not too. He bet 18,500 this time and Boyd made the call.

"Good call," said Brar who mucked his hand.

Boyd turned over {K-Clubs} {K-Spades} {J-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} to win the hand. Brar was down to 107,000 and Boyd was up to 175,000.
