"You Know What a Small Philly Is?

On a board reading 
, an unknown player checked to Sam Grizzle and he fired out a bet. A call ensued and then the same action occurred on the 
river. "Small philly," Grizzle said in his unique drawl and rolled over 
for a full house.
"You know what a small philly is?" Grizzle asked to Ed Brogdan, who spots a Doyle-like cowboy hat. "You grow up on a ranch?"
Brogdan shook his head affirmative that he knew that a "small philly" was a full house and added, "We all knew you had that."
"He didn't," Grizzle reacted and pointed to the unsuspecting caller. Grizzle is sitting just over the chip average with 10,000.
