During a recent pass of the massive field we noticed acclaimed actor James Woods sitting a few seats away from 2008's Main Event third place finisher Dennis Phillips.
Phillips was actually involved in a pot, but a bet on the river by his opponent in seat 10 caused Phillips to throw away his hand for a minimal loss. After the hand Woods was kind enough to let us know that the player in seat 10 is commonly known throughout the table as "The Assassian".
