Lindgren Doubles, Mizrachi Pays Off

Erick Lindgren
Erick Lindgren

Erick Lindgren made the difficult decision to break a jack when all-in and faced with an opponent who stood pat. It turned out to be the right decision and he sneaked in a double-up.

Michael Smith raised to 4,600 from the cut-off and called, and then stood pat, when Lindgren three-bet all in for 22,200 from the button.

Smith opened his pat {9-}{8-}{7-}{3-}{2-} but just lost out to his Lindgren's {9-}{8-}{6-}{4-} - {2-}.

Over on the next table Michael Mizrachi called a chunky bet from Ryan Tepen and mucked upon seeing the latter's {10-}{8-}{6-}4x]{2-}.
