It was folded around to Ryan Olisar and he opened to 12,000 from the hijack position. Directly behind him in the cutoff, Scott Montgomery three-bet to 28,000. Everyone else got out of the way and action was back on Olisar, who opted to four-bet to 68,000. Montgomery flatted and it was heads up going to the flop.
Flop:
Olisar open-shoved all in for his last 190,000 and Montgomery snap called.
Montgomery: for two-pair.
Olisar: for ace-high.
Olisar would need some type of runner-runner for the win or a chop, but the turn and river was of no help and he was sent to the rail.
We caught up just as Aubin Cazals was getting all in against Kory Mitchell.
Mitchell:
Cazals:
Cazals was dominated and would need help to survive, however the board ran out and Mitchell's two-pair with a king kicker was good enough to eliminate Cazals.
We caught up with the action on a flop, where Ryan Julius was in a heads-up pot against Jackie Glazier. We didn't catch the exact amounts, but Julius had bet from the big blind, Glazier raised from the hijack position and Julius made the call.
The turn brought a and Julius check-called a 70,000 bet from Glazier.
When the completed the board, Julius checked a final time and Glazier announced she was all in, which was enough to put Julius all in for his last 240,000. Julius called after some thought and Glazier tabled for a runner-runner flush. Julius stood stunned and Glazier shot up from her seat to go to the rail and give high fives. Julius eventually mucked and slid his remaining stack over to Glazier.
Glazier, who is both the sole-remaining female and chip leader, has broken the 1-million chip mark.
In what would be Matthew Schwarmann's last hand of the tournament, Fabrice Soulier opened to 12,000 and Schwarmann, who had been battling a wicked cough all night long, went all in for his last 100,000 directly behind him.
Soulier immediately called to put Schwarmann at risk and said it was because he didn't want to get sick as a result of Schwarmann's coughing (in hopes he would bust him). Hands were then revealed.
Schwarmann:
Soulier:
The board ran out and Soulier got his wish as his treys held up and sent Schwarmann to the rail.
Alejandro Trevino opened to 11,000 from early position and action folded around to Jackie Glazier, who three-bet to 25,000. Everyone else got out of the way and action was back on Trevino, who slid out a calling stack.
The flop came and Trevino checked to Glazier, who continued her aggression and fired 30,000 into the middle. Trevino didn't take long to release his hand and Glazier scooped the pot.
We caught up with the action on a completed board. There was already a ton of chips in the middle and Jason Koon was heads up in a pot against Stanislav Barshak.
Barshak fired 40,000 into the middle from the hijack position and Jason Koon didn't take long to announce he was all in, which was more than enough to put Barshak all in for his last 165,000. Barshak slid his hand into the muck and Koon scooped the massive pot.
Koon was stacking chips for quite some time, but he has broke the half-million mark and then some with 600,000.
