Mickael Morgousky
Mickael Morgousky

Folded to Henry Lu in the cutoff, he shoved his tiny stack all in. Mickael Morgousky was on the button on his direct left and shoved his 454,000-chip stack over the top. It was then on John Nelson in the small blind and he shoved his seven-stack figure. The big blind quickly got out of the way and the three players turned their hands over.

Lu: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Morgousky: {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Nelson: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

When the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, Lu's set was enough to see him triple up, while Nelson's hand was good enough to eliminate Morgousky in 16th place.

Lu Nearly Felted

Tom Alner opened for 48,000 and Henry Lu called from the small blind. The flop came {6-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} {J-Clubs} and Lu check-called 57,000. The turn came {8-Diamonds}, Lu checked, Alner bet 111,000 and Lu check-raised to 250,000.

Alner called and the river came {J-Spades}. Lu announced all in and Alner called.

"Got a jack?" Lu asked.

He nodded and tabled {Q-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} and Lu held {A-Spades} {A-Diamonds}. Lu was left with just two big blinds after the hand.

Channing Charges Through Judge

From middle position, Michael Judge raised it up to 55,000 and a flurry of cards went into the muck until it was on Neil Channing in the small blind. Channing asked to how much his opponent had and then three-bet to 142,000. It was back on Judge and he tanked for two minutes. He looked pained as he decided what to do, eventually flicking his cards into the muck.
