Yordan Jeliazkov Gone

Yordan Jeliazkov opened from middle position and moved all in for 128,000. Action folded around to Jimmy Fradettedufour who took his time before eventually making the call. The rest of the table folded and cards were exposed.

Jeliazkov: {K-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Fradettedufour: {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}

The board came {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and despite having multiple outs Jeliazkov came up short and was eliminated.

William Rogers is Out

William Rogers has been eliminated
William Rogers has been eliminated

William Rogers has just received a quick one-two from John Gualtieri and Stephen Reynolds and he just couldn't get back up from the canvas.

We joined the action on the turn and the board was showing us {5-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {A-Diamonds} {3-Hearts}. It looked like Gualtieri had bet 38,000 and Rogers had raised to 100,000. The action was on the stetson wearing Gualtieri and the cowboy moved all-in. Rogers didn't respond directly, in fact he tanked for several minutes, but he did indeed call.

Gualtieri{2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds}
Rogers{K-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}

So Gualtieri had the straight and Rogers was left needing a heart.

River: {4-Diamonds}

That loss put Rogers on around 100,000 and he lost them a few hands later when he run his {A-} {4-} into the {A-} {J-} of Reynolds.

Fabrizio Gonzalez Eliminated

Fabrizio Gonzalez
Fabrizio Gonzalez

Michael Gagliano raised from under the gun to make it 27,000. Fabrizio Gonzalez countered by three-betting to 51,000. The table folded around to Joshua Pedraza who moved all in for 131,000. Gagliano folded and Gonzalez took his time to ponder what course of action he wanted to take. In the end Gonzalez decided calling was the best option and pushed his chips in the middle. Gonzalez had 17,000 more, so Pedraza would be the one at risk.

Pedraza: {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}
Gonzalez: {A-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The board came {8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades}{k-Spades} and despite having a world of outs Gonzalez came up short.

Gonzalez soon found himself in the big blind and moved all in for his remaining 17,000 after Larry Duplantis raised it up to 36,000. Jimmy Fradettedufour and Michael Gagliano also came along for the ride.

The flop came {6-Spades}{k-Spades}{8-Hearts} and all three remaining players checked. The {10-Diamonds} on the turn saw a bet of 48,000 from Duplantis and the rest of the players folded. Duplantis was awarded the side pot, but there was still another pot to be won and cards were tabled.

Gonzalez: {3-Spades}{9-Spades}
Duplantis: {4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

Duplantis had a pair of sixes and Gonzalez a pair and flush draw. The {q-Clubs} on the river though was not one of Gonzalez's outs and he was eliminated.

Michael Gagliano Eliminates Larry Duplantis

Larry Duplantis is out
Larry Duplantis is out

Michael Gagliano made a standard raise on the button and Larry Duplantis decided to make a standard call in the small blind. Timmy the Dealer gave the pair a flop of {Q-Clubs} {9-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} and Duplantis check-raised to 93,000 after Gagliano had c-bet for 31,000. Gagliano made the call and the next card the pair saw was the {J-Spades} where Duplantis check-called a 82,000 Gagliano bet. Fifth street brought the {6-Diamonds} and Gagliano moved 500,000 into the middle once checked too. Duplantis looked down at his stack and realised that this next decision was his most important yet.

"I call," muttered Duplantis.

Gagliano flipped over {9-Spades} {6-Clubs} for nines full and the Duplantis hand hit the muck unseen. Commiserations to Duplantis who has had a great tournament.

Robert Castoire - 16th place

We don't know exactly how the action went, but we do know Robert Castoire managed to get all in and at risk holding {K-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. Castoire's opponent, Philip Meulyzer made the call holding {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}.

The board came {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Castoire was sent to the rail after a brutal spot.

Weissman Flying

So far today, there is only one man having a greater day than Stephen Reynolds, and that is our chip leader Joey Weissman. Here he is winning more chips.

We joined the action on a flop of {2-Clubs} {8-Spades} {5-Hearts} with Jimmy Fradettedufour (SB) and Joey Weissman (BB) in the hand. It was Weissman who made the first aggressive motion when he bet to 46,000 once checked too. Fradettedufour responded by check-raising to 126,000 and our chip leader just made the call.

Turn: {2-Hearts}

Fradettedufour very quickly dumped a pile of green 25k chips across the line. He then withdrew his hands, squeezed them tight and pressed them into his mouth. That was all you could see because his green hood and black cap covered the rest of his face. On the other side of things our chip leader was bare as can be, and the whole world could see what he was all about.

"I'm all-in," said Weissman.

Fradettedufour wiped some saliva from the corner of his mouth, checked his cards and then mucked. Weissman turned over the {6-Diamonds} and dragged in his pot.
