We happened upon the table just in time to see Cristopher Legaspi get his last 2,200 in the pot on a 
flop and received a call from Brandon Cantu.

Cantu was ahead with a set of kings and with no low draws possible, he was looking to avoid a spade. The 
turn gave Legaspi a straight draw, but it'd be the 
on the river that would give him the flush and the double, which left Cantu shaking his head.
Meanwhile both Jerrod Ankenman and Jeff Madsen have been eliminated from the tournament.

Paul Volpe has borrowed someone's electric cart and is doing donuts in the aisle between sections. It appears he's trying to see how tight the turning radius is but has come dangerously close to tipping over a couple times.
We were wandering the tournament floor and noticed Raymond Davis had a healthy stack in front of him.
For those who may not be familiar with Davis, he has 17 cashes at the World Series of Poker totaling $392,769. More than half of those cashes have come in non-no-limit hold’em events, meaning he is a bit of a mixed games aficionado.
While a WSOP bracelet has eluded him thus far, Davis has made two final tables. The first came in 2007 when he placed fourth in the $1,000 S.H.O.E. event for $34,012, while the other was earlier this year in Event #8 $1,500 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better. While the latter was played as limit, Davis clearly has a knock for )8.

and all players checked. The turn came and it was checked around again. The river came 
and action checked around for a third time.

Day 3 of the $50,000 Poker Players Championship is currently underway, and a lot of the casualties for that event are making their was here. Both Dan Kelly and Barry Greenstein are such players, and according to Twitter both Chad Brown and John D'Agostino are on their way to us.

We were just informed that there were four tables in the Orange Section of the Amazon Room. One has already been broken, two are in the process of moving to the Brasilia Room and one table will move as soon as space allows.
