Late Night Double for Julius
Dan Smith raised to 225,000 from the small blind and Kyle Julius defended from the big. When the flop fell

, Smith led out for 300,000 and Julius moved all in for 2.115 total.
Smith asked for a count, assessed what it'd do to his stack, and then hit the tank. During this time he eyed Julius, who broke out a smile. "I can't help but laugh," he said, much to the amusement of the rail. Julius chatted with the crowd a bit, inquiring what event he could play tomorrow if he were to bust. Smith's rail even chimed in, prompting their man to say, "Come on guys," with a hint of frustration in his voice.
A few moments later, Smith made the call.
Showdown
Julius:

Smith:

Julius was ahead with a pair of sevens, but Smith had a gut-shot straight draw to go with his ace. The
turn added a flush draw to Smith's out, but the
river would not complete any of them. With that, Julius doubled right before the end of the night.
