Mefodichev Gets Best of Henderson in Back-to-Back Hands
In the first hand, Hugh Henderson opened to 275,000 from the small blind and was called by Vladimir Mefodichev in the big blind.

In the very next hand, Henderson opened for 275,000 on the button and was three-bet by Mefodichev in the small blind to 775,000. It was folded back to Henderson, who made the call.

The turn brought the 
and, undeterred, Mefodichev led out for 1.2 million, sending Henderson deep into the tank. Henderson decided to fold after about two minutes and Mefodichev scooped the pot.
Mefodichev is back up to 9 million, while Henderson has slipped to 2,850,000.
