Childs Catches the Flush

Lee Child and an opponent got it all in on a board of {5-Spades}{K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}. Childs held {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} for the nut straight and his opponent held {Q-Spades}{j-Hearts} for the same straight.

The river brought the {8-Diamonds} and Childs was able to improve his hand from the straight to the flush and his heartbroken opponent was forced to make his way to the rail.

Graham Cracker

Matthew Graham was all in for his tournament life before the flop holding {K-Spades}{k-Diamonds} and was called by Max Steinberg's {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}.

Graham was safe on the flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts} but the entire table let out groans and "oh my god's" when the river was the {J-Clubs} to give Steinberg an open-ended straight draw. The river was the {K-Clubs}, however, giving Graham a set of kings and the winning hand.

At the same time on an adjacent table Jordan Spear was eliminated from play.
