And Then It Went Silent

Daniel Edler finds an interesting way to polish of his drink.
Daniel Edler finds an interesting way to polish of his drink.

Real, real silent. After the elimination of Christopher Brammer, we've lost the entire final table atmosphere. The remaining players have plenty of fans on the rail, but they are quietly awaiting what's going to happen.

The British fans are still singing in the hallways as they produce a good old, "Let's go to the Rhino!" chant. Brammer will most likely have a fun night, but winning this bracelet would've made it a lot more special.

Massive Double Up For Lehr

From the cutoff Keith Lehr raised to 655,000 and Christopher Brammer called on the button.

The flop came down {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}, and Lehr bet 175,000. Brammer made the call.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and Lehr checked to Brammer who bet 375,000. Lehr moved all in for 2,050,000 and Brammer made the call creating a massive pot.

Christopher Brammer{J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Keith Lehr{A-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Brammer had turned a flush, but Lehr could still double up if a club, eight or ace hit the river. The river was the {2-Clubs}, and the Lehr cheering section exploded! Brammer is crippled, and Lehr is in great shape.
